Meet Bethany Doney
Gallatin Office Manager/VA Specialist
If you’ve ever walked through the doors at Tennessee Spine and Wellness in Gallatin, chances are Bethany was one of the first people to greet you. She has been part of the practice for nearly 10 years, starting out at the front desk and assisting with patient therapies before growing into her role as office manager.
She and Dr. Jackson have worked together long enough to know each other’s rhythms, and that’s exactly the kind of seamless, comfortable experience patients notice when they come in.
Bethany genuinely loves the people she works with, both her colleagues and the patients who come through the door. “Definitely the patients. We have some wonderful patients.” She’ll be quick to tell you the patients are the best part of the job, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere at the Gallatin office reflects that attitude.
Outside the Office
When Bethany isn’t at work, she’s most likely spending time with her husband and kids. Her 11-year-old son keeps her busy with soccer and plenty of outdoor activities, and big changes are on the horizon: her daughter is expecting a baby boy in August, making Bethany a grandmother for the first time. She’s also a devoted beach lover and makes an annual trip to Panama City whenever she gets the chance.
