Brittney McElrath — Licensed Massage Therapist (Clarksville, Brentwood & Tullahoma)

Brittney McElrath — Licensed Massage TherapistAs a licensed massage therapist at Tennessee Spine and Wellness, Brittney McElrath serves patients across the Clarksville, Brentwood, and Tullahoma offices.

Originally from Dyer, Tennessee, she has been helping patients feel and function better for over three years and brings both skill and genuine compassion to every session.

More Than Relaxation

For Brittney, massage therapy is about far more than relieving tension for an hour. It’s about helping people live with less pain and more freedom in their daily lives. She does this by truly understanding each person, addressing their individual needs, and offering practical solutions that continue to help them long after they leave the treatment room.

One of her favorite parts of the job is building lasting connections with patients and being a consistent, trusted presence in their wellness journey.

A Team That Cares

Brittney deeply values the culture at our practice. She appreciates working alongside a team of grounded, hardworking professionals who are genuinely invested in their patients’ well-being while still finding ways to enjoy the work they do each day. That shared passion makes the practice feel like a place where good work and good people come together.

Her coworkers describe her as super chill, charismatic, whimsical, and always “movin’ and groovin’.” She describes herself as someone on a mission to help heal the world, bringing compassion and a laid-back approach to everything she does.

Life Outside the Treatment Room

When she’s not at work, Brittney spends her time gardening, hiking, working out, painting, drawing, cooking, gaming, and exploring new restaurants as a self-described foodie. Christmas is her favorite season, not for the gifts, but for the warmth and togetherness that comes with it.

One memorable adventure on her list? She’s ridden an elephant.

Start Feeling Better Today

Brittney’s advice to patients is something worth carrying with you: “Rest is wisdom, not weakness.” Taking care of your body is a sign of strength, not surrender. If you’re ready to feel more comfortable in your own skin, reach out to Tennessee Spine and Wellness or book an appointment online.
